Terms of Service

General

• Please provide photo reference for your character. Working with even a sketch is better than trying to piece things together from text.
• Small revisions are acceptable during the drawing stages if you've requested to see wips. Revisions will not be made after the drawing has been completed.
• Payment is generally required upfront, however I am willing to work with split payments.

Dos: Both male and female characters, oc's, fanart, some ecchi (depending), violence (i.e. yandere)
Dont's: nudity or otherwise sexually-explicit content, non-humanoid, certain series/fandoms

Rights and Usage

• DO NOT claim or edit my artwork in any way.  Although I will post it to all my sites eventually, you are welcome to post it yourself if you wish, providing credit.  Please tag me if it's possible on that site!
• I reserve the right to use/sell the finished commissions as part of my portfolio/artbook. If original characters, commissioner still owns the copyright to the characters and will be credited.
• Some commissions may be live streamed or uploaded to Youtube in speedpaint form. I reserve the right to monetize those videos.
• Fan-art commissions may be sold as prints at conventions. This will never be done without the commissioner's permission.

Refunds

If a commission is canceled before I have started work on it, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations after a commission has been started are subject to fees, depending on how far along the commission is. Refunds will never be provided after a commission has been fully completed.

How to Order

Please fill the order form with the title "Personal Commission Request".

• You may request to see wips of your commission (this is not done by default, you need to ask!)

• All prices are negotiable, I am more than willing to tweak content to find a price that works for you.
